HP Channel Partners
HP needed a way to get new product information
quickly into the hands of their channel partners.
We designed a strategy around building small training
capsules that gave overview of products and provided
links into the appropriate details pushed to partners
through email marketing tools.
HP simultaneously improved the speed of new
product introduction into the channel and reduced
support costs. They now have more than 400 hours
of training that is delivered to 1.6 million users in
70,000 organizations around the world.

Xerox High Speed Printers
The high-speed printer division of Xerox needed an
easy and effective way to create and distribute product
documentation and training to a variety of user and
support roles. We worked with Xerox to define
collaborative authoring of content to be delivered as
online reference, online training and print
documentation.
Xerox now creates and delivers documentation and
training on its high speed printers in thirteen
languages using this system. Xerox significantly
lowered both support costs and development costs
while imporoving customer satisfaction.
