Example of Balanced Team Scorecard

(1) Ratio of Defects per unit to target or Drawing EC's to target
(2) Weighted average of technical performance to performance targets. Example: 40%(Weight/Weight Target) + 60%(Pwr output/Pwr Target)
(3) Weighted average: 25% Quality + 25% Tech. + 20% Sch. + 15% Cost + 15% DTC
