David Daniels is an associate consultant with DRM Associates. He is an expert in the area of product launches and product marketing. He is the architect of the Product Launch Framework. He has an extensive software development, sales, product management, product marketing and executive background which provides a global perspective of the product launch process from end-to-end and from all perspectives within an organization.
During his career David has participated in the launch of more than 30 enterprise software products and services for companies such as Kaseworks, Softlab GmbH (BMW subsidiary), Viasoft, Level 8 Systems, Cicero Technologies, Unisys, and Microsoft. David Daniels has developed and conducted structured workshops to guide clients through the process of Launch Planning and Execution. He has also written a number of papers on the topics of product marketing and product launch.
